Need to Return a Product?
At SciEngTech Solutions, we are committed to make sure you are completely satisfied. If you would like to return a stock product within 30 days of purchase, all we ask is the following:
- Products must be returned in original manufacturer’s packaging (wrap mirrors in lens tissue before placing in foam packaging). Products should be packaged in a separate carton with the return authorization number clearly marked on the shipping container.
- A minimum 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returns between 31 and 60 days if the item is received in its original packaging and is unopened.
- Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
- Select products do not qualify for a refund based on usage.
- Refunds are issued by Cheque for pre-paid merchandise. Credit order refunds are issued to the credit card or seller’s open account to which the product was charged.

We at SciEngTech Solutions believe that you, as our customer, have ordered the items with enthusiasm and an urgent requirement.
The final shipping charges will be applicable on the sum of value of the complete order.
We try to dispatch all orders received by noon Indian Standard Time, within 48 hours from the time of order. For orders received on Saturdays and Sundays, the effort is to get them dispatched by Tuesday.
We may at a few times be limited by technical and stock issues (based on product specification or ready availability) and have to fulfil your order partially. We shall inform you of the same in such rare scenarios before dispatching the order.
Rarely we may have some operational instances where we require more than four days to dispatch the order. In such a scenario, the customer has the right to request a complete refund.
For the fastest possible delivery time (i.e., when the order reaches your doorstep), vendors are instructed to ship your order only through trustworthy and highly reputable courier services.
The customers have the right to process custom orders and orders provided with bulk discounts within seven working days. The customer may request the cancellation of the order. Still, the decision to refund would depend on whether the materials are already procured.

All packages shall be shipped with an invoice included, mentioning the price as regulated by the Indian Tax Regulations.
We use speed post/Other Partners as our fulfilment partner and cover 31,000+ Pin Codes.
The expected delivery timeline is the sum of dispatch time and estimated time taken in the courier process for your particular Zip Code.
Most packages arrive on time. Orders sometimes show up after the estimated delivery date. Reasons for late delivery include the following:
An incorrect address like missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number;
Severe weather conditions;
International customs procedures.
The recommended actions are:
Track your package and confirm the estimated delivery date in ‘My Orders’.
Confirm your shipping address in ‘My Orders’. To avoid delivery problems, keep your address information up to date. If there is an issue with the shipping address, try to contact us on email at ‘Sciengtechsol@gmail.com’.
For tracking the shipment status of your order, you can click on the mail confirmation you received from us with the Tracking Information.
If a customer returns the order, the return shipment charges will be borne by the customer.
Additional Details
- After 30 days, you will still need to obtain a return authorization number; however, unless otherwise provided in a specific warranty, only products found to be defective are accepted for repair or replacement for a period of one month from the invoice date.
- Return authorizations are valid 14 days from issue.
- All returned products are subject to inspection. Products displaying use, misuse or other damage will not be accepted.
Please note that custom or made to order products are non-cancellable and non-returnable, except if the product is defective. Volume, standard product returns are subject to SciEngTech Solutions’ discretion.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. If your product comes under that category, you will be informed through an email.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sciengtechsol@gmail.com.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
