X-Ray detectors

We provide X-ray detector solutions which are used to measure the flux/counts, energy spectrum, temporal and spatial distribution of X-rays. X-ray detectors can be divided into two major categories: imaging and dosimeters. We provide -ray detectors like 

Direct X-ray semiconductor detectors:  Lithium doped silicon [Si(Li)] or germanium  [Ge(Li)]  and semiconductor diodes, such as PIN photodiodes or a 1N4007.

X-ray Crystal, Plastic, and Liquid scintillators are very popular due to their high luminescence (scintillation) efficiency. We provide them as per the users requirements.

X-ray Cameras: We also supply X-ray FDS, SCMos, Laue back-scattered cameras.

X-ray Spectroscopy: Monochromator crystal is used to disperse the various spectral components of the beam emitted by the sample. We are supplying a wide range of x-ray crystals for spectroscopy.
