Photodiode Module

A Photodiode module is used to convert the photon energy of light into electrical signal. Our Photodiode module consists of a Photodetector coupled with a fiber using Free space, SMA , FC-PC or FC-APC connector at input and a BNC connector at the output. The Photodetector is externally biased using a battery and a DC adaptor. Our photodiode module has high Responsivity over wavelength range from 320 to 1100nm. It has low noise and high sensitivity with a high gain suitable for low light detection.
